Connecting your BrickOwl account

How to link your BrickOwl store to BrickPulse so your inventory and orders stay in sync.

1. In BrickPulse, open Settings → Channels and choose Connect BrickOwl.
2. Generate your BrickOwl API key in your BrickOwl account settings and paste it into BrickPulse when prompted.
3. Authorize the connection. Your key is stored encrypted, per account.
4. BrickPulse imports your BrickOwl inventory and recent orders.

After connecting, open Reconcile → Unmatched and map any lots BrickPulse couldn’t match automatically so they start syncing.

Good to know: BrickOwl doesn’t offer a messaging API, so buyer messaging uses one-click manual relay rather than full automation.
