Importing from a file

How to bring an existing LEGO inventory into BrickPulse by importing a .bsx file or BrickLink XML/CSV.

If you already track inventory elsewhere, import it instead of re-entering it.

1. Open the import option in BrickPulse and choose your file — a standard .bsx inventory file, or BrickLink XML/CSV.
2. BrickPulse reads the file and brings the lots into your inventory.
3. Review the results, then check Reconcile → Unmatched to map anything that needs it.

Importing is the fastest way to get a large existing inventory in. You can group an import into a batch to track its cost (see Creating a batch).
