Sync didn't run or failed

What to do when a BrickPulse sync run fails or doesn't run — where to look and how to fix it.

If the sync pulse shows a flat or broken line, a run failed or is delayed. To investigate:

  1. Open Sync history and find the run — its status and the audit log show what happened.
  2. If a channel disconnected or credentials expired, reconnect it (see A channel disconnected).
  3. Run a sync on demand with Run sync to try again.
  4. Check your notifications — BrickPulse alerts you to sync failures if you have that category turned on.

If a run keeps failing after reconnecting, contact support@brickpulse.app with the run details from the audit log.
