Messaging buyers

How buyer messaging works in BrickPulse: two-way on eBay, and one-click manual relay for BrickLink and BrickOwl.

How messaging works depends on the marketplace, because not all of them offer the same access:

• eBay supports messaging through its API, so you can message buyers two-way directly inside BrickPulse.
• BrickLink and BrickOwl don’t offer a messaging API. For these, BrickPulse gives you one-click manual relay — it sets you up to reach the buyer quickly without rekeying everything, even though full automation isn’t possible there.
