Answers to common BrickPulse billing questions: cancelling, refunds, failed payments, and what happens after.
How do I cancel? In Settings → Billing, cancel anytime. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
Do I get a refund? Because you can cancel anytime and keep the time you’ve paid for, monthly fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or for a confirmed billing error. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A payment failed. BrickPulse retries and notifies you. If it can’t be completed after a few business days, Seller features may be suspended or downgraded to the free Collector tier until it’s resolved.
Something looks wrong on a charge. Email support@brickpulse.app first — billing issues are usually quick to fix.
