The order workflow

How an order moves through BrickPulse: from paid to packed to shipped, with cancel-and-restock when needed.

Each order moves through a simple, clear flow:

1. Paid — payment confirmed, ready to fulfill.
2. Pack — pick and pack the items (see Picking an order).
3. Ship — mark it shipped and save tracking, which writes back to the marketplace.
4. Cancel (if needed) — cancelling can restock the lots back to your inventory so your counts stay accurate.
